The brief

Total Managed Care is a registered NDIS provider based in Truganina, offering transport and household support across Melbourne. Their old website was no longer live and they had no logo, colours or photography.

The goal was simple: look professional and earn trust, with clear paths for the three groups who get in touch, participants and families, support coordinators and plan managers.

What we did

  1. 01

    Identity

A new wordmark with “care” set in a mint pill, built on a deep evergreen and warm white palette. Friendly and confident without falling back on the usual healthcare clichés.

  2. 02

    Imagery

With no photos to work with, we created a consistent set of warm, documentary-style images and a looping hero film showing real moments of support around Melbourne.

  3. 03

    Website

Seven pages: home, services, enquiry, referral, privacy, feedback and accessibility. Built fast and accessible, with forms that go straight to the admin inbox.

Dark section headed Treated the way we would want our own family treated, with four values: Reliable, Caring, You lead, Straight-talking

Details that matter

Small decisions that build trust.

  • Three front doors

Participants and families, support coordinators and plan managers each get their own path, so nobody has to work out where they fit.

  • “Clear agreements, no surprises.”

Plain-English promises up front, and an FAQ that covers eligibility, coverage, referrals and plan types.

  • Accessibility as a page, not a footnote

Designed to WCAG 2.1 AA with a skip link, strong contrast and an accessibility statement, because this audience depends on it.
